* A typical Area Development Agreement requires the build out of 15-20 restaurants in 5-7 years. In certain markets, smaller territories and the criteria for such, will be considered on a case by case basis.
* SIGNIFICANT Business Experience -- successful ownership, minimum of 5 years multi-unit restaurant experience in a leadership role
* LIVE in the market to be developed -- be committed to personally devoting full-time, best efforts to day-to-day operations
* An ENTREPRENEURIAL Spirit -- strong desire to succeed in the restaurant business
* RESOURCES AND INFRASTRUCTURE to meet aggressive development schedule -- ability to develop and execute a business plan
* REAL ESTATE experience in the market to be developed
