EYESthere, Inc. acquired the assets of Logan Digital Security, Inc. in July 2006 and dramatically expanded its Portland Operations and opened up a Dallas location and corporate headquarters as it develops a national Digital Video Security franchise organization. Logan Digital Security has been in business since 2001 installing high quality Digital Video Solutions and servicing several hundred clients in the Pacific Northwest.
EYESthere will continue to implement its proven business model providing comprehensive and high-quality digital video surveillance solutions primarily to businesses. The company will be able to provide these customers on-going security, peace of mind and improved business results.
