Doo Care was built by experienced business people, and to be perfectly honest, none of us ever envisioned ourselves entering into the dog waste business. As we explored new ventures, we were seeking an opportunity in a high-growth industry where we could quickly capture untapped market share.
Our research pointed to pet services as a hot and growing sector. We nearly dismissed dog waste disposal as "undesirable", but then we looked at the financial metrics, the market opportunity and the environmental impact of pet waste. Once we understood the full business potential, we quickly got past the poop stigma, and decided to launch Doo Care.

Training
You will begin with a comprehensive 5-day New Franchisee Training course, which includes both classroom training and "live training" in an existing Doo Care Operation. After your initial training, the Doo Care franchise support team will provide onsite assistance during the week of the grand opening to assist you in the development of your grassroots marketing program and to fine-tune your operations. We will also periodically schedule periodic visits and training opportunities to assist you in improving key areas of your Doo Care business. Additionally, your confidential Operations Manual and Extranet contains specifications, standards, operating procedures and tools to assist you in your ongoing operations as a Doo Care business.
