Chef Dane's Franchise
Meal preparation
Chef Dane's is a meal facilitation franchise company, headquartered in Santa Clara, California. The company was founded in August 2005 by a franchise team with over 40 years of franchise experience. Chef Dane's provides busy people with a way to quickly prepare tasty, healthy and economical meals. Customers attend "sessions" to assemble an entire month's worth of family-sized meals from high quality ingredients using gourmet recipes. Customers select meals online prior to the session, and complete the preparation, according to their specifications, when they get to the facility. Chef Dane's staff guides customers through the process of assembling the meals (that serve four to six people each) during the session. After the session, guests take their meals home to cook and enjoy immediately or freeze to use as needed.
Because customers don't have to shop for ingredients, wash and chop the vegetables and meat, or clean up, each meal takes only 5 to 10 minutes to assemble. A working parent with an over-scheduled family can assemble 6-15 family-sized dishes in less than 2 hours.
