California Crisp Cafe Franchise
Restaurant
California Crisp has grown to eleven stores located in regional shopping center food courts spanning from Southern California to Portland, Oregon. Our first store was located in the original Sherman Oaks Galleria appropriately named Potatoes Potatoes Potatoes since the menu featured only Baked Potatoes, Potato Skins, French Fries and our Jumbo Potato Chips which are made on the premises and are still offered with our Sandwiches, Panini and Wraps.
In 1984 our concept changed to include Sandwiches and Specialty Salads, which are assembled and tossed to order, with one of our House Made Dressings. The Chinese Chicken Salad and Caesar Salad are legendary. Wraps and Panini (A European style sandwich served on freshly baked Ciabatta) have since been added to most of our stores.
